Senan Molony, well known in Joycean circles for his ground-breaking book, “Helen of Troy” now focuses on the suspicious death of Paddy Dignam whose funeral and its ramifications take up a good part of Joyce’s “Ulysses”. Senan takes on the character of a crotchety colonialist coroner and uncovers much mirth murking about in Joyce’s book. The booklet is in A5 format and is saddle-stitched with 44 pages. This is the text of the first inquest which took place in June 2026 as part of the James Joyce Tower’s Bloomsday events. This book was launched at the second Joycean investigation on the 9th September 2026.
